To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMR (including its officers, employees and agents) disclaims and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damages), whether direct, or indirect, arising in any way out of the TMR Social Pinpoint Ideas Wall, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: 

• Your use of, reliance on, or action taken as a result of, any comment/s, information or material on the TMR Social Pinpoint Ideas Wall;
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any law; or

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and You acknowledge and agree that in the event a dispute arises from these Terms and Conditions, You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
